Using Mauzo-Ultra

These service terms describe the operation of Mauzo-Ultra, provided by Mauzo-Ultra.

Your workspace

Keep account access private, assign staff permissions carefully, and enter information you are authorized to use. You are responsible for checking prices, stock, tax settings and records before relying on them. AI insights are suggestions based on the available records and should be checked before making business decisions.

Subscription payments

Where online payments are enabled, the daily plan costs TZS 2,000 for 24 hours and the Duka monthly plan costs TZS 14,400 for one calendar month. Renewal is a separate purchase; this integration does not automatically debit your account. Branches of the same business share its subscription. Access starts only after payment is verified with DPO. An early renewal extends the current paid period.

If paid access expires, existing records remain readable while new business entries may require renewal. Online verification is required to activate paid access. Offline entries are validated again when synchronized.

Payment problems and refund requests

If money was deducted but access is pending, keep your payment reference and contact support before paying again. You can request review of a duplicate, failed or disputed payment through Help & support. A request is not a refund confirmation; support will explain the outcome and any processor action. Nothing on this page removes rights that apply under applicable law.

Availability and records

Keep exports and your own business records. Connectivity, hosting, payment providers and maintenance can affect availability. Mauzo-Ultra receipts and reports do not by themselves certify tax or regulatory compliance. Contact support to discuss a problem or close an account.
