Delete your account
You can start an account deletion request here, including from the installed app. Sign in so we can connect the request to your account. If you cannot sign in, use password recovery or contact support from your registered email.
Before closing a business, export the records you need and synchronize any pending offline work. Tell us whether you want to close the whole business or remove your personal staff account. We will confirm the scope, progress and any records that must be retained before completion. Submitting a request does not immediately erase records or confirm a payment refund.
